Can some one tell me how to create a new folder in iCloud Drive?

On your Mac you can create a folder in iCloud Drive, if you are showing the iCloud Drive in the Finder sidebar. Create new folders like on a regular drive in the Finder.
On the Web Interface at www.icloud.com use the "New Folder" button in the toolbar - the icon is a folder with a plus sign.
